Ai phuket made my first time in phuket an amazing experience! The staff were amazing and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Great locations the centre of phuket town with plenty of shopping and a short easy bus trip to patong beach!

I absolutely adored the colorful and vibrant decoration at this hostel! It brought such joy and energy to the place, making it a delightful spot for senior people like myself. The general areas were well-maintained and spotless, creating a clean and comfortable environment. I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible the hostel was for seniors, with easy navigation throughout the premises and helpful staff ready to lend a hand if needed.

If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance specifically tailored to senior visitors. A little extra attention to our unique needs, such as assistance with carrying luggage or guidance on nearby attractions suitable for our age group, would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

Good location near main attractions and buses to beaches. Convenient amenities like washing machine and kitchen with tea/coffee. Plenty of showers and comfortable communal area. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for saving money while still enjoying a private or shared room.

I stop one night here as I had my next trip to Phi Phi island on next day, Its convenience to stay this hotel as the mattress and bed is very good, comfortable and thre room is clean, the price is cheap. Its wonder place to stay, the staffs is helpful and friendly, give us the direction and help everything. The hostel is not far away from Phi Phi Port. This is the diamond hostel in Phuket Town, I will come back to stay again on April.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a good area, close to main sights. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The receptionist, Pern, was amazing.
